Russia ratifies the hydrocarbons and nuclear energy projects in Bolivia

The Russian ambassador, Vladimir Sprinchan, confirmed that his country would continue with the hydrocarbons and nuclear energy projects in Bolivia, after a meeting with the Minister of Hydrocarbons, Víctor Hugo Zamora. 

A Russian commission evaluated the progress of the works of the Center for Research and Development in Nuclear Technology that is being built in District 8 of the city of El Alto.
