CNNC dual integration strategy

China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy signed a framework agreement on the strategic integration of military and civilian development in the relevant areas on June 1. Two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in relevant construction planning demonstrations, professional strength building, joint training drills, and major project construction, and pragmatically promote the integration of military and civilian innovation and development.

This cooperation framework agreement is aimed at deepening the cooperation between CNNC and the Navy in nuclear fields, and fully integrate strength resources, and strive to build a deep integration pattern of military, civilian at an all-round level.
