During the last ASEAN Meeting in Laos, Indian Prime Minister Narendara Modi met with Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Shinzo Abe. Both leaders agree to further cooperate in the field of nuclear energy and high-speed trains.
Both leaders discussed further strengthening and diversification of trade and investment ties. The Indian Prime minister Narendara Modi also mentioned that India has a large and young workforce and a vast opened market and Japan is a pioneer in technology and innovation.
