Then, in May 2016, JFN successfully won the bid for British reactor decommissioning turnkey project. Both sides start planning the personnel dispatch contract. In addition, during the signing ceremony China Nuclear Industry Management Cadres College (NIMC) and JFN signed another decommissioning training contract in the UK. This foreign-related training program is organized by CNNC and approved by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA). The training course is mainly around the laws and regulations of UK decommissioning and disposal, regulatory body and institution, principles of bidding and tendering and the best practices in decommissioning.
