Kuwait invests more in Nuclear Medicine

On the sidelines of the 60th session of the General Conference of the IAEA, Director General of Jaber Al-Ahmed Center for the Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Adnan Shihab-Eldin signed an executive agreement to promote bilateral cooperation in the field of nuclear applications in the peaceful uses, especially in the field of nuclear medicine with the deputy director-general for nuclear applications Aldo Malavasa.

Dr.Adnan explained that «The agreement contributes to strengthen the cooperation in the training of professionals and technicians from the Member States (Asia-Pacific) in Jaber Al-Ahmad Center for Nuclear Medicine, including doctors, nuclear medicine and technology», explaining that « it also includes hosting the training courses for the training of specialists and the exchange of information common interest and to publish the results of relevant research activities.
