Islamabad nuclear project

Pakistan likely to build a new nuclear site within the Khan Research Laboratories in Kahuta, 30 kilometers east from Islamabad. The Khan Research Laboratories is a Government’s multi program national research institute, managed and operated under the Pakistanis Armed Forces, located in Kahuta, Punjab Province.

According to IHS Markit (An analyst of business intelligence information), the images taken by Airbus Defense and Space on September 28, 2015 and then again on April 18, 2016 shows the progress of the construction of a possible new uranium enrichment complex.

Mr. A.H. Nayyar, a Pakistani physicist declared the centrifuge built inside the Khan Research Laboratories could be used for military purpose.
