On August 10, a delegation led by Mr. Xu Pengfei, the General Manager of Hualong International Nuclear Power Technology Co., visited Hefei University of Technology (HFUT) in AnHui Province.
The delegation met the university management. Mr. Wu Yucheng, the vice-chancellor, introduced the latest research and development (R&D) situation in the university and expressed its willingness to establish a long-term partnership with the Hualong International company in nuclear education and talent training program, which is in line with the policy of Hualong International.
Both sides discussed other issues, including nuclear waste treatment, nuclear energy efficiency and nuclear power plant (NPP) site selection etc.
