On May 3rd, Nur Bekri, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and head of the National Energy Administration (NEA), met with Berat Albayrak, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey, in Beijing. The two sides exchanged issues related to energy cooperation between the two countries, in particular for the third nuclear power plant that SPIC is planning to build.
