Rosatom selected Assystem to support Atomstroyexport

The international engineering group “Assystem” was designated by Rosatom to support the development of the construction of Al Dabaa nuclear power station in Egypt.
The International Group has stated that it would assist Atomstroyexport, the engineering firm of Rosatom, to obtain the necessary permits and licenses to build the Egyptian nuclear plant.
The group is working to help new countries in the nuclear field to develop nuclear energy because of its presence in the nuclear field for more than 50 years.
The plant will have four reactors of  the generation “3+” with a capacity of 1200 MW each. The production capacity of Al Dabaa nuclear power plant will reach 4.8 GW, and the first reactor is expected to be operational by 2026.
