Iran’s IR-6 Centrifuges

On April 9, the Iranian government indicated that twenty new IR-6 centrifuges are installed in Natanz nuclear facilities. The IR-6 centrifuges will be evaluated through a series of analyses.

The operation of the centrifuge is also under the framework of Iran’s nuclear agreement. According to the agreement, Iran can develop uranium enrichment with IR-4, IR-5, IR-6, and IR-8 centrifuges.
