SPIC and Tecnatom expand cooperation scope

On June 25th, Qian Zhimin, president of the Board of Directors of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), met with President of a Spanish company Tecnatom at the headquarters. Two sides exchanged views on follow-up development and cooperation.

Qian Zhimin acknowledged the positive progress in training and technical cooperation in the fields of conventional electricity, new energy, and nuclear power since after they signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement in November 2018. Qian Zhimin expressed his hopes that they will continue to intensify their efforts and take advantage of their strengths in industry and technology to promote cooperation in the fields of nuclear energy, gas turbines, renewable energy, and smart energy.

Guerra expressed gratitude to SPIC for attaching great importance to the strategic cooperation between them. As a high-tech innovative enterprise in the fields of nuclear power, conventional power, and new energy, Tecnatom will conscientiously implement the agreement and strive to promote more specific projects, aiming to support SPIC to become a world-class clean energy enterprise with global competitiveness.
