Recently, the Secretary General of Chinese Nuclear Society (CNS) met with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Mexican Nuclear Society (MNS) to exchange and discuss the issues of MOU between three parties and the promotion of China International Nuclear Power Industry & Equipment Exhibition (CINPIE).
At ASME, the Secretary-General, together with Mr. SANNA, head of ASME Nuclear Standards Department, exchanged views on deepening the established MOU, the standardization- construction cooperation in the nuclear energy field, and the organization of China International Nuclear Power Industry & Equipment Exhibition.
At MNS, the Secretary-General of CNS for the first time promote China’s CINPIE to Mexico and two sides confirmed they will hold signing ceremony for cooperation at Cancun Pacific Nuclear Conference in April 2020.
The talks laid the foundation for the cooperation between the Chinese Nuclear Society, the Mexican Nuclear Society and even the Latin American nuclear sectors.
*MNS is not only a new channel to connect the nuclear field in North America, but also a new window to open the nuclear field in Central and South America.
