CNNC talent acquisition strategy

Recently, China National Nuclear Corporation joined hands with 12 research institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Engineering Physics and 16 high education universities including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Harbin Engineering University etc. to exchange and develop postgraduate education in nuclear sector.

CNNC has put forward the development policy of “building an advanced nuclear industry system, building a world-class group with global competitiveness” and “talent priority” for 2020 to achieve its development goals. The postgraduate training mode of China National Nuclear Corporation is “two-stage”. The postgraduate degree education is organized by the graduate department of China National Nuclear Corporation. While each training unit will be responsible for the academic dissertation and degree granting.
