Kenya Power appointed Bernard Ngugi as Chief Executive Officer

Bernard Ngugi, who has been as General Manager in charge of Supply Chain, takes over from Jared Othieno, who has been serving on a capacity since July 2018. 

Bernard Ngugi is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He is also a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. 

Ngugi’s immediate focus is to lead the company towards improved profitability while ensuring the business fulfills its socio-economic purpose by implementing a 5 Year Strategic Plan centered on customer service and business sustainability.
