A budget of $ 53.5 million for the training of Turkish staff in Akkuyu

Rosatom ordered a program for training of personnel to work at the Akkuyu nuclear power plant. The total value of the agreement for the training program in question was estimated at $ 53.5 million.

According to the documents issued by the Rosatom, the training program was prepared for 1,311 people, 120 of which were substitute candidates. The first phase of the training is planned to take place at one of Rosatom’s nuclear power plants in Russia and the second phase at Akkuyu nuclear power plant.
