CIAE becomes the national demonstration base to train nuclear talents

China launched the mid and long-term talent development layout plan, which aims to train a number of world-class scientists, engineers, and career-creating talents.

China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) is in line with this plan to strengthen its talent organization including the managing personnel and technical personnel.

Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology published the list of the eligible institutions in the 2016 creative and innovative talents promotion plans.

China Institute of Atomic Energy*(CIAE), a subsidiary of CNNC, and other 32 institutions became demonstration bases to train the national innovative professionals. Among these institutions, CIAE is the only qualified in the nuclear power field.

 

*CIAE is China’s key nuclear scientific research base and also a leading integrated R&D base for China’s nuclear business.
