CNNC and China Merchants Group strategic partnership

On April 16, Wang Shoujun, Chairman of the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and Li Jianhong, Chairman of the China Merchants Group (CMG), participated to the signature of the agreement between He Zixing and Wang Hong, respectively deputy general managers of CNNC and CMG.

The agreement aims to implement the “One Belt and One Road” initiative and the “Yangtze River Economic Belt” development strategy.

According to the agreement, Both parties will cooperate in high-end equipment engineering, comprehensive logistics, industry zone, capital operation, emerging industries, and strategic investment.

It has a history of 146 years and is one of the eight SOEs that have attained A-level performance assessment of the SASAC for 13 consecutive years.
