On October 27, Mr.Wang Shoujun, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) Chairman and Party Secretary at the headquarters met with the party secretary of University of South China (hereafter USC or the University) Mr. Wang Hanqing. Two sides exchanged on personnel training, school-enterprise cooperation, nuclear scientific research and other fields. Mr. Yang Changli, CNNC deputy general manager attended the meeting.
Wang Shoujun said that standing at the beginning of a new era, CNNC will further promote cooperation between schools and enterprises, innovate cooperation models and expand cooperation areas, hoping that the two sides can exert their respective advantages, and strengthen cooperation in nuclear power, nuclear medical treatment and nuclear technology application.
Wang Hanqing stated that the university will train outstanding scientific and technological personnel, and to seek long-term development of the nuclear industry.
