Mr. He Zixing (CNNC) and Mr. Zhao Haishan, vice mayor of Tianjin, signed in June a strategic cooperation framework agreement. CNNC and Tianjin will cooperate in basic research, proton-based cancer treatment, nuclear energy research and development, and talent training. CNNC will build a high-end new industry development base in Tianjin to develop a supply chain of domestic leading high-end industries.
CNNC President Wang Shoujun , Zhang Yuzhuo, member of the Standing Committee of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Party Secretary of Binhai New Area, Li Yi, Secretary General of the Municipal Party Committee, Meng Qingsong, Secretary-General of Tianjin Municipal Government, and CNNC Chief Engineer Lei Zengguang attended the signing ceremony.
China Institute of Atomic Energy, China National Nuclear University, Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing Center for Nuclear Industry also signed cooperative deals with China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Management Committee.
