“In the next five years, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) will import more foreign nuclear equipment for a value exceeding US$12 billion. We invite the global supplier partners to get involved in this business.” declared Mr. Yu Jianfeng, Chairman of CNNC at the Press Conference of CNNC International Procurement Request at China International Import Expo (CIIE) on November 7.
Mr.Fu Kaide, Vice President of EDF, and Mr. Liu Xingang, Senior Vice President of Westinghouse, Dong Fei, President of Orano in China, and Jean-Bernard Ville, Senior Executive Vice President of Framatome attended the press conference.
Mr. Yu Jianfeng indicated that CNNC foster the nuclear technology application in the industry for medicine, biology, agriculture and environmental protection. CNNC will establish a global supply chain to support its own industry. The group has already strategic business cooperation with 40 countries and regions including Russia, France, Germany and the United States.

Yu Jianfeng, , born in October 1965, Tianshui, Gansu. Graduated from Tsinghua University with a major in nuclear reactor engineering. He started to work at CNNC in August 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1997.
