Contract Signature Rate of Hualong No.1 Project

Up to the date of the December 20th, the contract-signing of the equipment purchase package for Hualong No.1 Demonstration project-Fangchenggang Phase II has added up to 280, accounting for 80% among the total project contracts. It has accomplished the “2016 Goal” of CGN 12 days ahead of schedule and the contract signature rate is predicted to reach 88% by the end of this December.

 

Fangchenggang Phase II is the indigenously-developed and constructed Gen III nuclear unit and at the same belongs to the demonstration units of the “13th Five-Year Plan” of the CGN. To ensure the project goal achieved on schedule, CGN requires the supply contract of the equipment procurement shall finish 80% by the end of 2016.

 

Facing the overloaded procurement tasks and the work pressure of the project progress, CGN project engineers adopted a series of effective management methods such as the responsibility system, weekly meeting system and the wechat group etc. It provides guarantee to the smooth progress of the Hualong No.1 Demonstration projects.
