Cuba participated in the General Conference on Atomic Energy

The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, José Fidel Santana, headed the delegation that represents Cuba in the 62nd ordinary session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that takes place in Austria.

Cuba and the IAEA develop technical cooperation projects according to the national priorities identified, in areas such as radiological safety, food and agriculture, human health and the environment.
