India and Argentina finalized ten agreements

On February 18th India and Argentina discussed the diversity of bilateral relations on a wide range of cooperation in the fields of information technology, communications technology, nuclear energy, defense and agriculture. India and Argentina finalized ten agreements during this meeting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi made extensive discussions on various issues with Argentinean President Mauricio Macri who visited India and said that this fifth visit to President Macri reflects the fast pace and growing importance of mutual relations between the two countries.

Both the countries decided to increase their cooperation in the field of peaceful and utilitarian use of space and nuclear energy. The MOU was signed between India’s Global Center of Nuclear Energy Partnership and Argentina’s Secretariat of Energy.
