In accordance with section 16(2) of the Nuclear Energy Act, 46 of 1999, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has appointed seven Board Members to the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (SOC) Ltd (NECSA).
The Minister has further appointed Ms. Elsie Monale as a representative of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy to the Board.
