Ministerial talks between China and Malta

On the 18th of October, during the meetings–“Belt and Road” Energy Ministers Meeting and International Energy Transformation Forum in Suzhou City, Mr. Qian Zhimin, chairman of State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) met with Joe Mizzi, Minister for Energy and Water Management of Malta.

SPIC is promoting new energy technology applications. Joe Mizzi expressed hopes that SPIC will continue to participate in Malta’s future energy research and planning programs and deepen cooperation in the energy field.

Representatives from 29 countries, 7 international organizations, and 53 executives of Chinese and foreign companies attended the conference.
