On August 30, 2017 a new edition of the list of goods, works, and services purchased by small and medium-sized businesses was put in place.
The list is placed on the site http://zakupki.rosatom.ru in the section “Small and medium business” and on the website http://zakupki.gov.ru in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 “On the features of participation subjects of small and medium-sized business in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities. ”

Added list items:
- 23.99.11 Asbestos processed fibers; mixtures based on asbestos and magnesium carbonate; products from such mixtures or from asbestos; Friction materials used for brakes, clutches and similar devices, unmounted
- 23.99.12 Articles of asphalt or similar materials;
- 23.99.13 Bituminous mixtures based on materials of natural and artificial stone and bitumen, natural asphalt or related substances as binder;
- 23.99.15 Artificial corundum;
- 23.99.19 Mineral products, not metal, not included in other groups;
- 23.99.9 Services for the production of mineral non-metallic products, not included in other groups, separate, performed by a subcontractor.
Deleted items of the list:

- 23.99 Non-metallic mineral products not included in the other groups (this code removes code 23.99.14 “Graphite, colloidal or semi-colloidal graphite, products based on graphite or other forms of carbon in the form of semi-finished products”);

- 28.15.23.110 Bearing shells;
- 28.15.31 Balls, needle rollers and rollers, parts of ball or roller bearings.
