CGN Power Co, Ltd announced that Mr. Wei Qiyan has resigned as the secretary of Board of Directors due to job transfer. Mr. Jiang Dajin has been appointed as the successor, effective from December 5, 2018.
Mr. Jiang, born in 1962, received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation from Nanjing Institute of Technology in July 1984.
Since May 2018, he has served as the company’s vice president. Researcher-level senior engineer.
From July 2006 to January 2009, Mr. Jiang served as the maintenance manager of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operation Management Co, Ltd.
From January 2009 to January 2012, he served as Assistant General Manager of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd and Director of China Nuclear Power Design Co, Ltd.
From December 2011 to July 2018, he served as a board director of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Co, Ltd.
From January 2012 to July 2018, he served as the general manager of Yangjiang Nuclear Power.
