Nuclear training program for the school teachers in Egypt

The training program for the rehabilitation of the school teachers in mechanics, electricity and electronics, who enrolled in the school this year was concluded from 23 September to 4 October. The training was held at the Atomic Energy Commission training center, attended by the leading mechanical, electrical and electronics industries.

Dr. Tarek Galal Shawki, Minister of Education and Technical Education, supported the sustainable development of teachers and the exchange of knowledge and learning in the field of nuclear energy. Under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Mujahid, Deputy Minister for Technical Education and through cooperation with the Nuclear Safety Authority in the Ministry of Electricity and Nuclear Energy.

Eng. Nasr Al Ali, Director General of the General Directorate of Industrial Education, said that the training included nuclear power and its uses in electricity. The training was carried out by experts and professors from the Atomic Energy Commission and the Nuclear Materials Authority.

Mohsen Shaheen, director general of materials development for industrial education, said that the field of cooperation also includes the preparation of curricula, as well as training for faculty and students, the implementation of field visits and seminars for students. The competent authorities in the Ministry of Electricity and Energy also prepare and print specialized books in the nuclear field For school students.
