At the end of May, Mr. Zheng Mingguan, the director of Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute（SNERDI）signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Mr. Gu Jun, the general manager China Nuclear E & C corporation (CNEC). The participants in the meeting also include the deputy director of SNERDI Mr. Gu Guoxing, and Mr. Yan Jinquan.
The agreement focused on detailed design, engineering construction, maintenance and the operational technical service.
