At the end of May, Mr. Zheng Mingguan, the director of Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute（SNERDI）signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Mr. Gu Jun, the general manager China Nuclear E & C corporation (CNEC).
