On June 26， Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute (SDEPCI) and SPCI-Electric Power Engineering Company held the inauguration meeting for a new venture in Jinan，Shandong Province.
Mr. Meng Zhenping, director of SPIC and SNPTC Mr. Wang Xuefeng , general manager of attended the meeting.
Mr. Wang Xuefeng specified the new Jinan Company was able to compete with most of the electric engineering companies in term of asset size, scope of business, technical expertise and profitability. The new company has over 3000 staff and the total assets reach 13 billion yuan (around 2 billion USD). It is mainly dedicated in the coal power, nuclear power, clean energy, power grid, the smart energy, investment operation, enjoying the markets in over 32 domestic provinces and 40 overseas countries.
