SUFA Signs a 127 million Purchase Contract with CNPE

SUFA Technology Industry Co., Ltd., CNNC (“SUFA“) issued an announcement that the company plans to sign the “Valve Equipment Procurement Agreement” with its related party China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNPE). And according to the contract agreement, the contract value is 109 million yuan, and the delivery time is June 30, 2020.

In addition, they signed the “isolation valve equipment procurement contract for Fujian Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 and 2”, with the total amount of 17.8499 million yuan, while the delivery is in batches in April 12, 2022 and February 12, 2023 respectively.

According to the announcement, China National Nuclear Corporation directly holds 35.758 million shares, accounting for 9.33% of the company’s share capital. SUFA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNNC, holds 68.715 million Shares, accounting for 17.92% of the company’s share capital. CNNC directly and indirectly holds 27.25% of the company’s share capital and is the company’s controlling shareholder.
