The Arab-China Cooperation Forum

During the fifth session of the Arab-China Cooperation Forum held in the People’s Republic of China from October 24 to 27, 2018, Eng. Usama Esran, Deputy Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy and Head of the Egyptian delegation, invited the Arab Republic of Egypt to host the 6th Arab-Chinese Cooperation Conference During the period from 5 to 8 November 2018.

The Arab-China Cooperation Forum was attended by the Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy and a group of Arab Ministers of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Arab States and high-level representatives from the Chinese side. The conference targeted a number of issues related to the energy investment opportunities and challenges faced by China and the Arab countries. The two sides exchanged cooperation models between in the fields of electricity, electrical connection, sustainable energy, Oil and natural gas / investment opportunities).

Around 250 participants attended the Arab-China Cooperation Forum. including the official delegations of Arab countries, relevant government institutions, international and regional organizations, concerned centers, academic institutes, research institutes and energy companies from both sides, as well as a group of Arab and Chinese investors.
