The head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, stated that the conceptual, basic and detailed redesign of the Arak reactor was carried out by Iranian experts.
Mr. Salehi met with the governor Shahbazi and the deputy governor of economic affairs Shahmoradi, and a delegation of deputies and senior managers of the organization to visit the Alborz Research Center. He referred to the significant projects of the organization at the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plan Phase 2 and 3 and praised the assistance of Alborz officials in promoting Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization schemes.
