Yantai becomes the industrial base of SNPI

State Nuclear Power Investment（SNPI）four nuclear power reactors project in Haiyang impacted the growth of the local industry in Yantai. In 2010, Yantai city created a nuclear industrial park, which aimed to serve the AP1000 expansion in the country.

The General Manager of SNPI, Mr. Meng Zhenping and the Mayor of Yantai-Zhang Yongxia recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of research and manufacturing to shape Yantai as the center of industrial and research investment for SNPI.
