Barakah Reactor Unit 4

Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) has successfully completed installing the steam generators on the fourth power plant, in parallel with the installation of the reactor vessel in the power plant.

 

Some of the corporation’s officials celebrated the installation by visiting the site to review the security and quality standards of plant.

 

The overall progress in “Barakah” Nuclear Power Plants reaches 82%,

Unit 1: 96%

Unit 2: 85%

Unit 3: 75%

Unit 4: 52%

 

One of the officials, Mr. Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, The President of the ENEC, stated: “We are proud of the inestimable commitment and the high level of professionalism by the teams, consisting of Emirati workers, international expertise, and our Korean partners. They operated to achieve high levels of security and efficiency during the process of development and achievement.”
