Uranium One, a subsidiary of Russia’s Rosatom, and Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil SA signed a memorandum of understanding that aims to supply relevant INB information on underground uranium mining technology and the process of transition from the current method from open-pit mining to the on-site recovery mining method.
The document was signed by the presidents of Uranium One, Vasily Konstantinov and INB, Reinaldo Gonzaga, and the director of Mineral Resources of INB, Adauto Seixas.
