Amec Foster Wheeler in China’s decommissioning sector

On April 25,the UK Trade Investment organized in Beijing a cooperative workshop on the newly established supply chains. China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction CO., Ltd (“CNI 5”) and *Amec Foster Wheeler signed a MOU to carry out the cooperation in the nuclear facility decommissioning technology, project management and the market development. The Deputy general manager of the Nuclear Engineering Department of “CNI 5” Mr. Liu Hongxia signed this MOU on behalf.

 

Ms. Liu Yue’e, the director assistant of the Market Development & International Cooperation Department of the CNEC, the British Embassy Counsellor in China, the officials from the Britain International Trade Department, and the China Manager of the Amec, as well as the CNNC Nuclear Decommissioning Service Center attended this signing ceremony.
