ASO wants to improve the nuclear capabilities of the Turkish manufacturers

The President of Ankara Chamber of Industry (ASO), Nurettin Özdebir, visited in January the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant in Mersin. Mr. Özdebir declared that ASO is trying to improve the nuclear capabilities of NÜKSAK and the Turkish manufacturers.

Turkish suppliers are getting involved in the project because most of the construction materials used in the construction are local, such as concrete, armature parts, metal constructions, waterproofing materials, pipes, and cable products safety class 4.
