On April 11th, China and Iran held in Beijing a civilian nuclear cooperation seminar under the Joint Comprehensive Planof Action (JCPOA). Both countries are strengthening their civil nuclear cooperation and promoting the implementation of a comprehensive agreement (we believe it includes small floating reactors). This event was structured under the authority of representatives from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), diplomats and experts from China and Iran, their respective nuclear industry authorities, the nuclear safety regulatory agencies, major companies and research institutes in the nuclear. Representatives from the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and the European Union came as observers.
