Chinese acquisitions of renewable parks in Brazil

CGN Energy acquired three renewable energy parks in Brazil from the Italian company Enel.

The value of the deal was around 700 Million Euros in the states of Piauí and Bahia.

This is the first acquisition of CGN in Latin America.

Head of Enel Green Power, Antonio Cammisecra, declared that Enel will sell the assets but continue to operate the parks. Enel is implementing a large pipeline of renewable projects in Brazil.
