Safe storage of radioactive nuclear fuel in Kudankulam

The Supreme Court of India ordered the Nuclear Power Corporation Limited, (NPCIL), to schedule by May next year the safe storage of radioactive nuclear fuel in “Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant” (KKNPP). The facility must be operational by April 2022.
