CGN, (China’s largest state-owned nuclear power enterprise), and Huawei, (China’s largest information and communication technology supplier), jointly held a brand cross-border technical exchange meeting at Daya Bay base. CGN spokesman, Mr. Huang Xiaofei, and Huawei president, Mr. Zhao Ming, presented to jointly promote China’s independent third-generation nuclear power technology “Hualong No.1” and national brand mobile phone “Glory Note 10”.
Zhao Ming said that in the development of THE NINE liquid cooling technology of Glory Note10 mobile phone, it fully borrowed from the nuclear power cooling technology. To pay tribute to China’s advanced nuclear power industry, the glory Note10 mobile phone R&D team also used “Daya Bay” as the code name for R&D projects.
Prior to this cross-boundary technical exchange, CGN and Huawei had already had in-depth cooperation in the field of new energy. Huawei is one of the most important grid-connected inverter equipment suppliers for CGN projects. Since 2014, the two companies have worked together in 20 projects.
