Joint Working Group on Education and Training supporting the El-Daaba NPP Project in Egypt held its meeting on 28-29 June, 2015 in Cairo, in the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. Vice-Rector of ROSATOM-CICE&T Prof. V. Artisiuk was invited to participate this meeting by JSC “Rusatom Overseas” that plays the leading role from the Russian side in developing El-Daaba NPP Project. The Nuclear Power Plant Authority, Alexandria University and Training Sector of Ministry of Electricity & Energy, Egyptian Electricity Holding Company represented Egyptian party. Prof. V. Artisiuk presented the ROSATOM-CICE&T training program designed to support the capacity building for national nuclear infrastructure in embarking countries and for the faculty staff of national universities developing courses in nuclear engineering.
